The majority of our customers are U.S. and overseas freight forwarders who sell directly to exporters and importers before loading cargo with us. We also manage bookings from overseas agents, who use us as a forwarder. When we work with agents, we contact the shipper (exporter) and arrange the loading and delivery of cargo.
